Article:	Suspension supported by evidence The Disciplinary Board of the North Dakota Supreme Court finds in an official opinion there is clear and convincing evidence that Wahpeton attorney Samuel Johnson violated several North Dakota Rules. The supreme court ordered Johnson to pay $8,670.36 in fees and be suspended from practice for 60 days. The date the suspension is to begin was changed from Jan. 1, 2008, to Jan. 21.
