Chandra Lee Hoefs and Tracy Kenneth Muller announce their engagement and forthcoming marriage.
Parents of the bride are Marlon and Kathy Hoefs, Pine River, Minn.
Parents of the groom are Ken and the late Pat Muller, Foxhome, Minn.
Chandra is a graduate of Mayville State University with a degree in elementary education. She is employed as a teacher at Zimmerman Elementary School, Wahpeton.
Tracy is a graduate of Breckenridge High School. He is employed at Minn-Dak Farmer’s Cooperative, Wahpeton.
A Nov. 1, 2008, wedding is planned at Foxhome Lutheran Church in Foxhome, with a reception following at the Eagles Club in Wahpeton.
