The Wilkin County Sheriff's Office is still investigating a reported theft from Friday morning at 7:35. Employees of Gateway Building Systems, Fargo, reported a trailer parked at the Todd Klein farm in Nilsen Township had been broken into. The incident occurred sometime Thursday night or Friday morning.
Numerous hand and power tools were taken, including two plasma cutters. Employees estimate total value of items taken was close to $10,000.
Deputy sheriff's reports indicate there was several items of evidence collected from the scene and the investigation will continue.
