Article:	One injured in roll over accident At 1:52 p.m. Nov. 8 the Richland County Sheriff’s Office responded to a one vehicle roll over on 84th Street SE, rural Wahpeton. Brandy Woodbeck, 22, Wahpeton, was eastbound on 84th Street SE when she lost control of her 2003 Dodge Neon. The vehicle entered the north ditch and rolled. Brandy was taken by private vehicle to St. Francis Healthcare Campus for head and back injuries. Her condition is unknown at this time. The vehicle received severe damage estimated at $5,000. The accident remains under investigation by the Richland County Sheriff’s Office.
