James E. "Jim" Krattenmaker, 73, Burnsville, formerly of Breckenridge, Minn., died Father's Day, June 21, 2009, after a long hard-fought battle with lung cancer.

A memorial mass will be at 12 p.m. Thursday June 25 at Mary Mother of the Church 3333 E. Cliff Rd. Burnsville, Minn.

Gathering of family and friends will be one hour prior to service at church.

Burial will be at Resurrection Cemetery Mendota Heights.

Jim was a 33 year employee of Honeywell. A special thank you to the staff at the Minnesota Oncology Clinic in Burnsville for all of their care and support. Memorials are preferred to the American Cancer Society. We are so grateful you are at peace now!

He is survived by: the love of his life for 49 years, Neva; daughters, Jean (Tom), Jennifer (Dale); grandchildren, Dan, Jake, Sam, Zach and Abby; sister, Joan McCarthy; and by many family and friends.

Jim was preceded in death by: son, Bill; parents, Louis and Katharyn; brothers, Don and Tom; sister Jeanne Ann.
