Notice is hereby given that by virtue of a judgment of foreclosure by the District Court of the Southeast Judicial District in and for the County of Richland and State of North Dakota, and entered and docketed in the Office of the Clerk of said Court on February 2, 2009, in an action wherein Wells Fargo Bank, NA was Plaintiff and Jason R. Myhre; Tawnya R. Myre, a/k/a Tawnya R.
