County shoulder widening project plans in place

A plan by the Wilkin County Highway Department to expand the shoulder of a road at the former Breckenridge Dam site is complete, and the office will be accepting quotes over the next few weeks, said highway engineer Tom Richels. Bids will be under $100,000.
