Funeral service will be Wednesday, August 5, 2009 at 11a.m. in West Funeral Chapel, West Fargo, N.D.
Burial will be in Lisbon, N.D. at Oakwood Cemetery.

He is survived by three sons, James (Peggy), Eagan, MN, Jerry (DoeRae), Wahpeton, Jay (Deanna) Casselton, N.D.; one daughter, Julie (Kevin) Lawler, Casselton; One brother, James (MaryLou) Prante, Milnor, N.D.; one sister, Betty (Eric) Nygaard, Fargo, N.D.; nine grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
Dennis was preceded in death by his parents and a granddaughter Danielle Prante.
