Heather Renee Zilmer and David Alan Goroski announce their engagement and forthcoming marriage.
Parents of the bride are Dennis and Diane Zilmer of Fergus Falls, Minn. Parents of the groom are Betty Goroski and the late Robert Goroski of Wahpeton, N.D.
Heather is a graduate of Valley City State University with a degree in university studies. She is employed as a grants management and research assistant at the North Dakota State College of Science (NDSCS), Wahpeton.
David is a graduate of NDSCS with a degree in micro-computers. He is employed as a technical support specialist at NDSCS.
An Oct. 3, 2009 wedding is planned at St. John's Catholic Church, Wahpeton.
