Parents of the bride are Dan and Vickie Rood, Wahpeton, N.D.
Parents of the groom are Wesley and Donna Wiberg, Jamestown, N.D., and the late Rena Wiberg.
Heather is a graduate of Wahpeton High School and is employed at US Bank in Fargo, N.D.
Travis is a graduate of Leeds High School and Mayville State University with a degree in business. He is employed as an ag sales territory manager at Crary Industries in West Fargo, N.D.
A Sept. 12, 2009, wedding is planned at Bethel Lutheran Church in Wahpeton.
