Justan graduated in 2006 from Wyndmere High School and went on to graduate from Minnesota State Community and Technical College in 2009 with an associate's degree in construction electricity. He is employed with Red River Electric in Moorhead, Minn., as an electrician.
An Oct. 10, 2009, wedding is planned at St. Anthony’s Catholic Church in Mooreton with a reception to follow at the Mooreton City Hall.
