Cowgirls sweep Spartans, 3-0

Siri Manning served seven aces, while Mackinzie Wilson and Amber Vold each had three as the Breckenridge Cowgirls swept Ulen-Hitterdahl 3-0 Thursday in volleyball.
"It was our goal to serve tough tonight," head coach Linda Hillestad said. "And mission accomplished. Siri Manning had a great night and our serving game took center stage."
The Cowgirls had a total of 18 service aces for the game.
Breckenridge won a close first game 25-21, before winning the next two games by more comfortable scores, 25-14, 25-5.
Baylee Wilson and Manning lead the Cowgirls' offense with 11 and seven kills respectively. Mackinzie Wilson had 19 assists.
Breckenridge improves their record to 2-1 in the conference.
The Cowgirls head to Barnesville Tuesday before hosting Lake Park-Audubon on Thursday.
