The funeral will be at 2 p.m., Thursday, Oct. 1 at Immanuel Lutheran Church, Wahpeton, with the Rev. Alan Werth officiating.
Visitation will be one hour before the service at the church.

Eloyis was born Sept. 11, 1922, at Grove City, Minn., the daughter of Julius and Esther (Anderson) Johnson. She attended schools in Grove City, and married Paul Kressin June 1, 1954. They moved to Wahpeton where Paul worked for the city of Wahpeton and Eloyis for the City Cab and for a short time, the city of Wahpeton. She later worked for North Dakota State College of Science in housekeeping and started a child day care. Later she worked for NDSCS in food service until she retired. Paul died Feb. 16, 1999; Eloyis continued to live at their home until she moved to the Leach Home in Wahpeton in February 2006.
Eloyis was a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church, VFW Auxiliary and a former member of the Fireman Ladies Auxiliary. She enjoyed knitting, crocheting, gardening, reading, camping and scrapbooking.
She is survived by: her son, Ardel (Sheri) Kressin, Wahpeton; her grandson, Brian (Katy) Kressin, Aitkin, Minn.; her great-grandson, Mason Kressin.
She was preceded in death by: her parents; her husband, Paul Kressin; her sister, Florence Thielke; and her three brothers, Donny, Howard and Roger Johnson.
