Funeral service will be at 10 a.m. Friday, Oct. 23 at Faith Baptist Church, Kenmare.
Visitation will be from 4-7 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 22 at Thompson-Larson Funeral Home, Kenmare.

Kathryn Freezon was born Jan. 16, 1927, at home in Selz, N.D., to Balzer and Annie (Lesmeister) Freezon. She was raised and attended school in Rugby, N.D.
Kathryn married Harold "Hoddy" Jones on Nov. 5, 1947, in Breckenridge, Minn. They lived in Rugby, where she followed Harold and the Southern Valley Amateur Baseball League as their only score keeper.
They moved to Wyndmere, N.D., where they owned and operated Hoddy's Cafe. When Kathryn's parents died, she and Hoddy took in her younger brothers, Frank and Balzer, and sister, Margaret, to raise.
They lived in Hillsboro, N.D., and Valley City, N.D., for a short time, before moving to Kenmare in 1963. While in Kenmare, Kathryn worked for Piggly Wiggly and Gartner's Jack and Jill grocery stores for many years.
Kathryn was an active member of Faith Baptist Church, Kenmare, where she taught Sunday school and sang in the church choir. She loved spending time with her family, and Christmas was a special time for her. She also enjoyed her church activities, playing cards and cooking.
Those who shared in her life: husband, Harold "Hoddy" Jones, Kenmare; son, Mike (Lee) Jones, Kenmare; daughter, DaNell (Dave) Albers, Minot; grandchildren, Jessica (Jason) Melin and Eric Jones; great-granddaughter, Berklee Melin; sister, Betty Suchor, Towner, N.D.; brother-in-law, Lawrence Nulph, Wyndmere; numerous nieces and nephews.
Kathryn was preceded in death by: an infant son; her parents, Balzer and Annie Freezon; sisters, Annie Lesmeister, Annie Killmer, Helen Roher, Barbara Freezon, Clementine Bjora, Dorothy Rose and Margaret Nulph; brothers, Balzer, Joe, Anton, Valentine and Frank Freezon.
