Dickinson judge being sworn in
DICKINSON, N.D. (AP) — A new Southwest District judge is taking office.H. Patrick Weir will take his oath of office and receive a judge’s robe and gavel at an afternoon ceremony in Dickinson.The 69-year-old Weir, a Medora lawyer, was named last month to succeed Judge Allan Schmalenberger, who retired in July.
