Portion of Dakota Avenue to be down to one lane each direction

November 15, 2009: Effective Monday, November 16, Dakota Avenue from 2nd Street to the

bridge will be reduced to one lane each direction beginning at approximately noon and

ending approximately 6:00 PM Wednesday, November 18 for subsurface construction work

on the City’s flood protection project.

Westbound traffic will be routed to the south side of Dakota Avenue between the

bridge and 2nd St. Westbound through truck traffic is advised to detour north on MN Hwy 75

and west on ND Hwy 210.

Travelers are advised to use caution through the work zone and to use alternate routes

if possible.
