Article:	Wahpeton airport entrance not accessible from the west Effective Wednesday, Nov. 18 the main entrance to Harry S. Stern Airport won't be accessible to traffic from the west on 11th Avenue South during construction of a storm sewer crossing. The airport will be accessible from the north on Sixth Street South and from the east on 11th Avenue South. Work is expected to be complete with full access restored to the airport entrance by the end of the day Wednesday.
