St. Catherine’s celebrates its new ‘Friendship Corner’ Friendship Corner is a new feature at St. Catherine’s Living Center in Wahpeton. It features two programs — adult day services and short-term respite care. Amenities are included in both programs along with a la carte services. The remodeled room is in the south end of the building. Above, Ruth Poppel visits with Emmy Tretter, administrator of St. Catherine’s, about the amenities offered at Friendship Corner during the open house Wednesday afternoon. Jacqi Glen, marketing coordinator, drew for three prizes Wednesday. Gerald Davis won a floral arrangement, Lenora Harrison won a turkey and Donna Mae Erickson won $50 in Chamber Bucks.
