Bryan Jacklitch scored 15 points off the bench for the Wildcats by hitting five three-point shots.
"Mid way through the first half, we turned up the intensity of our man-to-man defense," Wildcats coach Scott Schumacher said. "That was the difference in the game."

Aaron Morris, Hanif Nixon-Hughes and Bembry combined to give NDSCS a 12-2 lead early in the first half.
Steven Steward added a three-point shot, as the Wildcats starters opened up with a 15-4 run.
The Wildcats reserves continued the scoring as Kurtis Mickelson, Malcom Pope and Jacklitch got into the score book.
But, the Conquerors hit shots from beyond the three-point line to keep the game close.
AFLBS had a 7-0 run with seven minutes left in the first half to cut into a 19 point Wildcats advantage.
Jacklitch and Jamie Mauch each hit three-point shots of their own, and the Wildcats went into the break leading 38-26.
In the second half, the Wildcats opened with a 19-4 run that took a close game and turned it into a 35 point NDSCS win.
In the final minute of the game, Jacklitch hit on two of his five three-point shots to seal the win.
"Bryan is now shooting over 50 percent from behind the three-point line," Schumacher said. "He has hung in there and I see him improving every day in practice."
The Wildcats travel to Minneapolis Community and Technical College for their next game, Saturday at 3 p.m.
