Funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 24 in Our Saviors Lutheran Church, 1515 5th Ave. NW, East Grand Forks.
Visitation will be from 5-7 p.m. with a 6:30 p.m. prayer service Monday, Nov. 23 at Our Saviors Lutheran Church and one our prior to the service Tuesday.

Diane Jean Smith was born Oct. 31, 1948, in Breckenridge, Minn., the daughter of Lester and Grace (White) Smith. Diane grew up and attended Mooreton School No. 1 and also Center School No. 5, graduating from Wahpeton High School with the Class of 1966. Diane attended North Dakota State College of Science and then moved to East Grand Forks where she raised her three sons. On June 17, 1994, she was united in marriage to William “Bill” Moreau in East Grand Forks. Bill and Diane owned and operated S & S Quality Cleaning in East Grand Forks.
Loving family members include: her husband Bill of East Grand Forks; sons, Mike (Tammy) Olson of East Grand Forks, Todd (Denine) Olson of Shoreview, Minn., Rob (Missy) Olson of Hugo, Minn.; three grandchildren, Kayle, Tyler and Breanna; father, Lester Smith of Wahpeton, N.D.; sisters, Linda (Bryce) Rosene of Moorhead, Minn., Kay (Dean) Lee of Garrison, N.D.; one brother, LeRoy (Norma) Smith of Wahpeton; and many nieces and nephews; and faithful companions, Breezy and Penny.
Diane is preceded in death by: her mother Grace; brother, David; brother-in-law, Dean Kallberg; and a niece, Juliet Kallberg.
In Lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred.
