• The library has wireless access for patrons who wish to bring in laptops. There is no charge.
• The library has three outreach services — Kristi goes to daycares around Wahpeton; staff from the library will go to communities in Richland County and bring materials to the residents; and if patrons are unable to come to the library, staff will deliver materials to the patron’s home.

• There are new materials coming in daily and weekly. The library tries to purchase most of the fiction best sellers as well as some of the non fiction best sellers. Because most of the materials are very popular, patrons may ask to be put on the reserve list. This can be done by coming in the library or calling the library.
• The library has just added new programming:
Baby-Tots Story time: this lap-sit story time is for parent and child (ages 0-2) and will be held every Tuesday at 9:30 a.m. Each week there will be finger plays, short stories, music, song and movement for about 15-20 minutes.
TAG (Teen Advisory Group) meets every second and fourth Tuesday at 4 p.m. for grades 6-12. Students help plan programs, choose new teen books to buy, and help make the library better for you and your peers. New members are always welcome.
DIY or Die: A monthly Do-It-Yourself craft series with an edgy feel for grades 6-12. This will meet the second Monday each month from 4-5 p.m. Pre-registration is required, just call or stop in the library and register. It is free to all.
Wii for Kids, Teens and Family will meet once a month at the library from 3:30-6:30 p.m. Kids Wii (grades K-5) will be the first Tuesday of each month; Teen Wii (grades 6-12) will be the second Tuesday of each month; Family Wii will meet the fourth Thursday of each month—all members of the family are invited to come to this one.
• For the month of February, the library has a reading program“I Love My Library”for ages 13-through adult. Patrons are invited to come in and pick up a log at the adult circulation desk in which patrons can keep track of what they read during the month. Some time during the first week of March, patrons are asked to return the logs and have their name put for prizes.
If you have any questions for any of the activities above, feel free to call the library at 642-5732 or stop in and talk to Bonnie, Melissa or Kristi.
