GOLDMARK seeks an ambitious individual to join our apartment leasing team to oversee a site consisting of 72 units. Responsibilities include showing and leasing apartments as well as providing customer service for residents. Schedule includes 20-25 hrs/week, and needs to be available if weekend appointments are scheduled. Candidates should have sales experience, strong people and organizational skills, and has the 3 E’s; energy, enthusiasm, and excitement. Competitive wage with a commission potential.
