‘Someone you care about may be the next statistic.’ NDSCS men take a stance to stop the violence

Three Rivers Crisis Center held a series of races in the oval at North Dakota State College of Science Wednesday afternoon, with a certain set of rules.

The crisis center was putting on its 10th annual “Walk a Mile in Her Shoes” event, where male students strap into high heels and have a few races in a show of support for women and to take a stance against domestic violence.

The event had a total of six teams compete, with each team representing a different on campus organization.
