One Hundred Thirty (130) North, of Range Forty-four (44) West of the Fifth
Principal Meridian, Lawrence Township, Grant County, Minnesota, consisting
of approximately 141.12 tillable acres.
PARCEL 2: The North Half (N½) of Section One (1) in Township One Hundred
Thirty (130) North, of Range Forty-five (45) West of the Fifth Principal Meridian,
Champion Township, Wilkin County, Minnesota, less a farmstead, consisting of
approximately 301.68 tillable acres.

Each bid should state the bidder’s name, mailing address and telephone number. No oral
bids will be accepted. You should submit a separate bid for each individual parcel. Your bid
must state which parcel or parcels your bid is for. Do not submit a per acre bid. The highest
bidders will be contacted for an oral bidding to be held at the Smith & Strege Ltd. law office at
9:00 a.m. on Thursday, December 9, 2021. The property is being sold for cash. The successful
bidder(s) will be required to sign a sale agreement and submit 10% of the sale price as an
earnest money payment immediately upon bid acceptance. Owner reserves the right to reject
any and all bids and to waive any and all irregularities in bid or bid procedures.
