Agawasie Day at NDSCS

Kaelee Cleveland, a first-year pharmacy technician student from the North Dakota State College of Science, Wahpeton, competes against Tyler Ness, a first-year construction management student, in the bungee run. Cleveland and Ness raced each other to see who could get his or her block farther and securely on the center of the run before being pulled back by the bungee cord connected to their vests. The bungee run was just one of several activities and entertainment offered at Agawasie Day, held on the NDSCS campus during the afternoon and evening of Thursday, May 5. Volleyball was popular with students, as was riding the mechanical bull and trying your luck against ‘Wipe Out,’ where the object was to duck under or leap over the long, giant foam as it spun around.
