Shandi Ryan Cordner, 38, was arrested Friday, May 24 at the Walmart in Wahpeton. He was extradited to Minnesota on charges out of Otter Tail County.
Cordner is charged with five felony counts and two misdemeanors.
Court documents show his charges include burglary, two counts of kidnapping, two counts of false imprisonment, domestic abuse and domestic assault relating to an incident that occurred May 24 starting in Fergus Falls, Minnesota, and ending in Rothsay, Minnesota.
Court documents state that Cordner is currently homeless. He is being held in Otter Tail County Jail as of Monday, June 3.
Cordner will appear in court for a pretrial omnibus hearing on Wednesday, June 26.
