The fourth installment of Wahpeton Daily News Athletes of the Week features a converted force on the defensive line, a record-setting server and a beast in the opposing backfield.

Frank Cromer (NDSCS football) - Cromer was the next man up for NDSCS. The former QB found himself on defense vs. RCTC, where he recorded multiple sacks and helped the Wildcats improve to 7-0 on the season in a 30-13 home win.

Jackson Clooten (WAHP football) - The junior defensive lineman notched five tackles, four of them in the backfield, as Wahpeton came through with a critical 28-21 Eastern Dakota Conference road win at Devils Lake. Wahpeton is now 4-3.
